Carista - Bengaluru

Today, I contacted Carista team for my Hyundai car fuel hose repair and I am pleased with the friendly and professional service that these guys have given. The service was really excellent and I would highly recommend Carista to anyone who needs any work doing on their car. Special thanks to Ashok & Anand ( Technicians) for the great service.

Excellent service. My Honda City had problem with the speedometer and also steering used to get locked while driving. Govind the assigned person was friendly and efficient. He was patient enough to run a thorough check.

I have been using carista for a year now.They have very professional mechanics.They went beyond their stipulated work to help me.I called them for a regular servicing. On the same day, my power window stopped working. While they were doing the servicing, I told them about my problem.They finished the servicing work, then started working on figuring out the power window issue.They spent almost an hour on it, figured out the problem and fixed it. I was surprised that they did not charge anything extra for that work .Very happy with their service.Good luck to them!

This is the third time I am using their service. Very good experience end to end. Their professionalism and expertise in handling the issues are commendable. They even accepted to help my friend on the fly and able to fulfill his request. Thanks Carista and crew. Keep up the good work.

Prompt service. I am satisfied with the service and they very well understood the urgency (as I had some unavoidable travel plans) and got the service delivered on the same day! No unnecessary process and everything done in 1 hour after two young guys reaching my place. I had asked for original parts and they told that they have original replacement parts. I am trusting them for that. Pricing is reasonable and the entire work is done in front of you..(many service centers do not allow you to watch while they work on the car)... Keep it up and keep check on the prices to be reasonable. Good job Carista.

I had a dead battery and availed service from Carista to get it replaced. Customer care followed up keenly to finalize the estimate and send the Technician for assistance, same day. Technician, Hemant was prompt to replace the battery and do a check on other aspects to get my car on the road again. Appreciate the timely help. I will recommend and avail their service again.

Had a wonderful experience while having my Volkswagen Vento serviced. Honest in terms of what is required and don't add things just to increase the cost. I had earlier asked for gear oil change however Adarsh and Tejas checked it and gave clear explanation of wait for another 20k km before doing it. Harsha who is a co-owner has been really helpful and supportive on the overall experience. Would definitely suggest to try this out

AVOID THESE CHEATERS!! Parts used are not original as they claim!! Why I called them cheaters is because they promise you something and deliver something else. I had written a 5* positive review a year back but now I'm forced to change it due to my experience post the service in the following months that was least expected in terms of the quality of spares that they use and the staffs attitude when approached with a problem. The sequence of events have taken place almost a year back and I couldn't find time to put down my experience till this day. My car Vento TDI was due for 5th service in October 2017 and I called in carista for service. They changed parts as per factory schedule wherein I was skeptical about the diesel filter since this was not branded nor bought from the vw vendors. The service advisors assured me that all is perfect and nothing to worry about. I use my car mainly for long trips and least within the city. I Have serviced the vehicle with authorized service centers for the last 4yrs but have never had a any hassles with the vehicle until I decided to go with these frauds from carista. On 12th May 2018, I was traveling with my mother and wife to trivandrum from Bangalore. My car started leaking diesel and I realized this only when I stopped at the Madurai toll at 11:30am wherein people rushed to my vehicle asking me to switch off the ignition. I did so and was shocked to see the amount of leak. I initially thought that it's engine oil leak but the toll staff confirmed that it's fuel and not oil. They helped me to push the the vehicle to the side and arranged assistance from vw madurai. I opened the bonet and noticed that the engine bay was drenched with diesel flowing down from the diesel filter. To God's grace I must say that a major mishap was averted and then the vw madurai assistance reached us in 20mins. They inspected and explained the root cause being problematic diesel filter and said that this is what will happen if we choose to put in spurious parts!! Mainly the quality of the diesel filter was as such that it could not take the pressure and caused leakage. I contacted the staff from carista over whatsapp with the details of the issues and the risk at which I was put through. Her answer was "The mistake is not from our end the service was done in October". Ok so I was not told that their spares are worth only 6 months and the rest depends on customers luck. I have attached the conversation, pics where you can see the diesel leak and the trail. Please don't trust these people with your vehicle. I might have saved 3k as compared to the authorized service center but in the end I didn't have a positive experience from carista be it service or customer interaction. We rather stick to the authorized service centers cos it's just not worth the risk we take by putting in spurious parts and saving money for the time being and risking the vehicles performance. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING!!
