The staff is cooperative and good..they do not charge any money for the valuation...good and reliable platform to sell your cars however we were not satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am little confused about how it works. I went to CARS24 with intention to sell my car. Which I bought for almost 9Lac in Dec2015. It was used single handedly and has no issues at all.
When I reached, I was explained about procedure in detail. At the time of inspection they didn't tell me anything even though I was walking along the person who inspected the car. At the time of inspection I thought everything is OK with my car except minor scratch on side doors.
Now the twist,
1. As per the report only back Tyres are worn out. -->> Had recently replaced all 4 tyres at same time and I rotate tyres every 2 months after wheel alignment.
2. Leakage on engine oil. -->> After reading this in report, I immediately took car to service centre and they said there are no such leaks.
3. Changed front bumper -->> Though I didn't change it.
4. Black smoke from exhaust-->> Which diesel car dont emit black smoke when accelerator pedal is pressed fully?
5. Engine and Steering noise. -->> Again I asked service person regarding this. He showed me that these two parameters well below the limits and almost same as that of new car. I didn't understand how CARS24 measured these as they didn't measure it with any device.
These were the points explained to me as a reason to very less price of my car.
When I enquired about exchange price of same car on next day with one of the auto showroom they again conducted checks and offered me price which is way more than what CARS24 has offered. And none of the above 5 points were present in their report.
I am giving 2 stars only because they offered me same day payment and the way they communicates all through process. But, in the end I felt cheated and left the office without finalizing the deal.
I was again confused like why this place has got so many good reviews on google. When I browsed through I realised that many people have provided only one review and most of them are fake with repeated same review.
