★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really like the entire experience. I got the support throughout the process. The only thing I can think of is the hard copy of the NASH form you guys ask to courier. I think in this digital age we can save some paper and contribute towards green environment.
Otherwise the customer support was pleasant and they guided me right through the entire process. I wish you all the very best and keep the rigour going !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't understand how cashkumar team follows the code of regulations and fair practice. As per the terms and conditions and the agreement shared by cashkumar team, I wanted to close the loan account, but instead of help me in closing the loan account the team kept in questioning the agreement, which was shared by the team and keep on delaying to resolve the issue. Still the team didn't help me and chaged extra amount on top of the remaining amount I supposed to pay. And then waive some amount, but the final amount I paid was more the initial amount. The team harassed me for 6 months to close the loan account and blackmailed to pay the amount decided by the team or otherwise my account will be put as defaulter. I can share the emails communicated and call recordings , which I recorded. The team should check with backend team before claiming about fair practices. I still recommend please don't trust these companies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Invest on this platform only if you want to lose your capital. They have no loan recovery mechanism whatsoever. Its limited to chasing loanees on phone calls only. there is no legal team, no collection team....
Dont get carried away by there sweet talk. Their risk ratings are all arbitrary, not based on any credit checks...
So whether you make or lose money is all LUCK!

I searched for 1 hour and finally when I found the building the security of the opposite building told that they're closed for few months
