★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience. Despite of the odds like negative thoughts resisting me from sending my cat to a crèche, I won the mental battles. My cat was sent to the crèche for the post operative care and I must say, the way owner takes care of her cats, deserves a big round of applause. The best thing is you can stay updated for 24 hours and see your cat whenever you want. Mrs. Samanta has a lot of experiences and she’s doing a noble job. I’m thankful for her suggestions suited best for my cat. Those who are very possessive about their pets and worried when they need to go somewhere or after any kind of surgery, this is the place you should contact. You would get the statements with transparency, without any hidden charges. Thanks again to cat crèche for all the kindnesses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brags and ends up as preachy, portrays herself as an expert know it all however she starts giving attitude once the cat is with her and we are left with anxiety. My cats seemed dehydrated in 3 days which speaks volumes. Don’t bother taking service here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We simply wanted to keep our kitten at her place. Instead of coming to the point, she kept us barging with questions if my kitten is this vaccinated, that vaccinated, why did we give her anti-rabies etc etc. Understand she runs a creche, but repeatedly doubting us and our vet, posing as a know-it-all will make any pet-parents turn away. Just because our vet did not find it yet necessary to give her a booster dose, she said our doctor is "tooke pass kora". Lady may I ask which license you have to run this business, are you a doc yourself? How do I know the vets you claim to know are also "tooke pass kora". We wasted 3 weeks on her running back and forth from our vet to her with her series of questionnaire inspite of sending her all documents. Simply she could have said she will not house our pet because these are her do's and don'ts. We did not need free-ka-gyaan from her and waste our time when vacation is around the corner. We will rather listen to a professional doctor for my kitten than some lady who runs a creche. One advice to her, please keep the process simple. We haven't asked for lectures on phone just trying to enquire about a creche.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For 1 day, the cat was there and she came home traumatized as if she was put through hell. The owners were very ill mannered too. Really didn't want to badmouth but trust and diligence is need in this line of profession where people entrust their precious ones to you. Very poor experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cat Creche owned and managed by Ruby Di is a very reliable home for furry babies. I always place my Persian cats under Ruby’s care knowing full well that my cats are at a home away from home. They are looked after very nicely, their food, hygiene and play are very well taken care of. After my cats come home they smell very nice and fresh and it seems they enjoyed their stay at Ruby’s creche. I trust Ruby blindly with my cats. She sends photos of my cats daily so I don’t miss them much. Cat Creche is the best home for cats!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were amazed by their hospitality and care. My cat returned home with a brand new look. She had never looked so fresh. Ruby di kept in constant touch and kept us informed about our cat. She was happy to answer our queries whenever we called. My cat absolutely fell in love with the place (and was even a bit sad when she had to come back). We were actually skeptic about the cat crèches mainly due to the horror stories that we commonly get to hear about them. But experience speaks for itself. I would definitely leave my cat here without worries when need arises.
