★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience so far in my visit to kolkata. First of all they do not listen to the order properly and then they argue with you on the wrong order that they serve. Worst staff and no one to manage the place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really amazed by the cricket-themed restaurant, the food here is equally good. The service was top-notch and the use of gadgets instead of the normal menu was impressive. Would love to visit again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a decent place that has a decent selection of alcohol reasonably priced and serves decent food. And if you want to have some decent conversation to go along with whatever you are having, you are advised to stay away from that small piece of hell in the restaurant known as the pub or disc. Barring that godforsaken section that keeps producing nerve racking noise at an excruciatingly high decibel level in the name of what is sadly called music, it is actually one of those few good places in Kolkata where you can enjoy some nice gin (Bombay Saphire or Beefeater) and tonic or Rum (Captain Morgan and of course, the good old Old Monk) and Coke, to name a few.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exceptional degradation in service. Being worse day by day. I have visited more thann15 times. Twice I found hair innthe food. I let it go and didn't complaint thinking that it may be a one time mistake. Next the waiter didn't listen to the food item ordered and served something else an tried to blame us on the same. And today when they made the same mistake again, more than 3 ppl are coming and disturbing continuously with bad manner and rude tone and blaming on pronunciation. Then
We asked them to call their manager and they reused. Very unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good atmosphere and not so overcrowded and very tasty, delicous food but the behaviour of the staffs are in question and and the service is also very slow. Loud music but excellent location. A palce to have a good food like dinner with family. Overall it is in the middle of the rating as few improvements needed.
