Sir, YTCC student, Excellent Session of Sunday 25-04-2021 During session experience of golden light some blue light & star's also seen at forehead sometimes. 2 to 5 minutes attached somewhere I don't know.. My 1st experience like this. Please forward massage for next upcoming session or event in future.. Thanks..?

Mainly, there Yoga Teacher Training Course (YTTC) is perfect for everyone.
They also organize forest retreats quarterly.
I participated in the Khuniya mahadev Forest Retreat on 28th November.

I have learned the deepening of Asanas beyond so called alignment, Practicing Pranayama with right breathing techniques and pranic flow which I have never seen & Now I'm exploring Meditation beyond experiencing which is most subtlest part of my human existence. Thank you soo much Rakeshgiri sir & whole CYWF team.????
