★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel was booked for my friend's marriage from his wife's side, they took advance of Rs.50,000/- and booked the hotel for their wedding venue, later on when wedding was one month away they called his father-in-law and told them that the booking you made is not valid anymore because the management has changed, and we have to ask for refund from the previous management, and if we still want to book the hotel then we have to pay Rs.50,000/- again as booking amount, this was a disaster at their end, how we are supposed to get our refund from previous management when there is not any process for doing that, and what was out fault that their management changed and we have to suffer.
They did not get refund for Rs. 50,000/- and had to pay that amount extra.

On top of that, the manager Mr. Rawat, started to threaten(way of talking was like gundagardi tone) us everyday that if you don't book then they will book somebody else's, this was really bug mental trauma for us and all of our joy of wedding converted in tension, in the end we had to book it again as we did not have an option and our booking amount of Rs. 50,000 was never refunded.
All in all, we had very bad experience and we don't want anyone else to suffer. Please avoid this hotel at any costs.
There is no '0' rating otherwise I would have given it a big zero.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bakwaas. My wedding was hosted there last year during covid. Due to change in management they tortured me and my family for the advance payment that was already made to the last management staff managing the hotel services. The new management is very rude and shows gundagardi in their attitude. The services that were promised for the event also missed a lot of things and were not upto the mark. Overall central park people managed to turn my beautiful event into a sour experience for me and my family. These people are not focussed on customer experience but are only money-oriented.

1. never pay 100% before u get all the thing u r booking for.
2. Lawn is very beautiful, - include Lawn in your contract
3. tell him that, if he alter anything from the contract, u can get 100% refund, anyways if he get better deal, he by himself cancel your contract at the last day, coz he is a thief
4. rooms a very unhygienic , shower tap came out in my hand of room 205, if they haven't repaired it yet
5. the contractual staffs, ask for money in every step, still service are very poor
6. rather book in Radisson which is near by or country inn, both are 5 stars, and country inn is cheaper too
