This is a retail shop for pharmaceutical products and other needs... However these people loot their customer...
I purchased surgical mask on 20 Apr 2021...which costed me Rs 10/- per piece.. Seeing this COVID conditions... They had increased the rates to atleast 4 times the normal rate....
The packing was normal packing with no description of product, company or MRP... The bill generated it as long fraud... As per the bill with HSN code 62101...there is 0% GST, However they charged Rs 5/- on each mask( plz see the bill) , which itself shows their fraudulent nature..!!
Plz don't go to this shop and Concerned authorities should take cognizance of this and take action action them

Staff and owner(not sure he is the owner or not) are arguing for medicine with the customer for the exchange which was purchased a day back and the customer travelled all the way from MVP Colony which is almost 18kms approximately but they didn't exchange the medicine- CENTRAL PHARMACY STAFF & OWNER HAS NO BASIC HUMANITY IN TREATING THE CUSTOMERS other than grabbing the bucks from the customers.
Money oriented pharmacy. In vizag city most of the medical shops are proving 5% to 10% discout but Central pharmany not provide discount.If you buy medicine they not accept return or cxchange even within one hour also. waste of money.surprisingly they have given wrong medicine. We were luck to verify with our doctor. We went back to the pharmacy and asked for refund or exchange and they have denied refund or exchange saying that they cannot take medicine thatβs gone out and they dint care about the mistake they have done. Shame and sick

I brought sun ban sun cream which have mrp as 525 but they collected 900. I realised in the same day and called them but no reply.
Next day they picked the call they said to return my money still he haven't returned . Every day I am calling them but no reply. Rama Krishna M is the executive for me.
Please take a look on these kind of staff. It will effect the reputation.

They simply give you a different variant of the medicine and sometimes even a completely different medicine altogether and they don't feel apologetic when you point out their mistake. Drug stores like these should be shut down

β β β β β This Pharmacy is a number one loot store. They sell cheap and duplicate products at high prices. recently i have purchased BPL Pulse oximeter for Rs.2800 from Central Pharmacy , at the time of sale the counter person assured one year warranty for any mal function. As the Instrument is not working yesterday i went to stores for replacement, the person of the store refused to exchange and shrug off the responsibility and approach call center for resolution. Pathetic response. Looting the public. Drug controller should raid this place. Worst customer service. be careful.
