The sample collection area was very untidy and the technician who is drawing the sample doesn’t even have the basic knowledge of sample collection
The basics is to clean the area with spirit or sterillium before sample collection
The technician is just drawing sample with the above mentioned basics
And on top off that when we questioned the reply from the technician was we have to draw samples for a huge number of patients daily....
I do not support this type of attitude and neglected mindset of the technician towards the patients
