★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I gave one star rating by compulsion because I have to put across my experience. I have booked blood tests for six of my family members and everything; from sample collection to delivering reports; was done systematically. After receiving reports we were tensed and immediately consulted doctors. Doctors were shocked to see the reports (CRP levels 42,110,150,500) and asked whether the patients are in ICU. Upon knowing that all the patients are doing fine,they advised for retest. This time we tested ourselves from good lab and all our reports are normal. It's difficult to express in words what we faced during those four days. We know we can't get justice being in india ,but I request all to think well before going for tests from this lab

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst ever experience in my first visit itself today. No coordination between front office and backend in giving time, billing and time of scanning. No coordination among staff. Saw many patients in argument at report dispatch section for bad response. Staff keep saying wait..wait..wait for hours together though there are no patients. Couldnot understand why such miserable maintenance despite hectic competition in private medical labs in the area. Totally hopeless. Wonder how it sustained till now.

Seriously these guys do nothing while checking/scanning . whatever the problem they will disclose after Few hours like nothing happened until time comes to end....I want them to be responsible for patients who visits there . ..plz management consider my points that what ur team doing there...I don't want others to suffer like me...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a worst hospital i ever seen. My relative had taken appointment morning at 10am till 2pm he didnt get treated. He went to have ultrasonic whole adnormin test so he was fasting from yesterday night 10pm onwards. Bill had generated at 10:30pm there is no cue for it they made the child of 17years to sit upto 2pm after he speak and scold the management at 2pm he made the test

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In comparison to the Hyderabad location, the customer experience at Lucid Diagnostic was poor. I used to favor Lucid because of their promptness and client happiness. In Visakhapatnam, the situation is quite opposite. I had a Master Health exam (50- 60 tests) for Rs 3,800, which included a medical consultation. If you want to undertake a pre-diabetic analysis, you must wait until 7:30 a.m. until the staff comes, and an ultrasound scan must wait until 10:30 a.m. The package also includes medical consultation; however they are citing the Covid problem and advising clients that doctor consultation is not possible. You will need to pay an additional 500/- somewhere to meet with a doctor and confirm reports. The front desk is acceptable in responding to inquiries, however the other customer relationship representative (whose phone number is printed on the wall) is pushy and disrespectful at times in responding to our inquiries. They charge a little more than other diagnostics centers nearby with fewer test possibilities. The overall impression is bad.
