★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not so good. As many rooms don't have even basic amenities. Low budget rooms available, but it is not a place where you can exile. Some rooms don't have showers, most of them are not having air conditioning, some even have their windows shattered.if someone has to stay in a haste he/she may stay but I will not suggest anyone to stay at such training college or lodge of mtnl. In pawaii area however the place is good in terms of money you pay for lodging.

The best part is the location. Hiranandani, the place where Europe meets India, one can't find such European architecture buildings anywhere else. However the room service is pathetic and in many of the rooms, either they don't provide you AC remote, or TV remote, or the batteries to run them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms are small and clean. The staff are very competent. The corridors and common area smell horrible. But prices of rooms are very low. I would suggest you not to eat in their canteen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one great place in Powai, Mumbai to conduct big business meet, meetings, seminars. They have big hall which you can use for conference. The hall has facility to projections with big screens and computer system. They have their own caterer who provides breakfast, lunch, tea. The place is very spacious and have lift facility.
