The staff was very cooperative and even shared the internet connection with me as I was having connectivity issues. Walked out with a happy purchase. I recommend checking out their website first to see the stock currently available at the store before going in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We saw PSP Go available in CEX Phoenix market city and visited there. For the surprise, they mentioned that it is a replacement order. They can not sell it! Why do you need to put replacement order online that too for more than a month?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Plenty of games for any addict. All at a reasonable price too! You can sell your old games and buy new ones (selling old games gives you back significantly less than what yiu bought it for but you can't really do anything else with a game you've already played now can you).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a buy back and sell/exchange market, their policy is vague and unclear or is it with this particular store itself. On their website I could see they buy back electronics and quote a price based on the product condition. A product can either be mint, good or working condition which is stated on their terms and conditions. However when I went to exchange a laptop, the staff without even checking the product properly and not even opening and seeing the working aspects of my laptop, refused to buy quoting there was a minor dent at the base which is towards back side and not much visible. However, otherwise it is very good functioning laptop with no software issues along with gaming graphics and no major physical damage like a cracked screen. if they want to buy back only pristine condition electronics in a brand new unused condition then what is a purpose of a second hand market place and why keep product condition grades.
