★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staffs are not at all good. they are least bothered about customers. Feels like visiting a govt. office with carefree and reluctant employees. They are not at all ready to give demo and help the customers.

By the end however, I felt the attitude of the staff could've been a bit better and not like he was trying to just get the transaction done but it's understandable that it can happen after a long and busy day.
However, they do not provide delivery service. If the device being bought is on the larger size, you should come prepared with a way to take it with you.

After messaging and calling again and again they weren’t able to send me the receipt of my purchase which they told me they will either email or WhatsApp, hence the 2 stars even though they did accept my request to get me the phone when they were about to close so I appreciate that. However they need to learn a thing or two on customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Better don't buy from here.. i brought a tv yesterday and they told the technician will come the next day.. the next day when I called them, they told technician will take 48 hrs to come.. and when i talked with the customer care & told them about my tv serial number, they told no technician request has been registered for my tv. So i had to register it.. such a worst experience from them.. in call they told they will deliver the product the same day.. but when i went there for demo, they told delievery will take 3-4 days.. Do go for any other mi home store..
