★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enamor is a good brand, but if you're at phoenix, the service is poor in comparison to the other stores all over Bangalore. Mantri's enamor shop is smaller, yet they offer great service. In Phoenix, they don't pay much attention to detail, and while shopping for lingerie, details are important for the best comfort and fit. Also, they didn't ask for any customer details like phone number/name and billed the products straight away and when pointed out, they apologised but didn't offer to bill it properly again.
Bottom line: They are concerned more about sales and not about the comfort/fit of the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst ever enamor shop. Going there is simply waste of time. Staff is simply standing there without any interest of showing the stuff. When I asked for size they simply said they don't have.. after insisting she took it out from d drawer. When asked for feedback book, she was giving me a paper sheet.
