★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I had an option to give these guys 0 stars... Pathetic service experience... Visited them 4 times for check engine light indicator fault remediation, which is under warranty anyways and every single time they had no service engineer. On top of it the service team doesn't take accountability of anything... In third visit Karan (Service Manager) promised to pick up the motorcycle from home and he never called. Checked with him on watsapp, he said Preeti Mam will arrange for pickup and remediation. 2 weeks since i was approached and I visited them again 4th time and observed consistency in their service, i.e. no service engineer available again. Thus time Esha man took my details for pickup and it's been 2 days and I am yet to hear from them.
Clearly Jawa has no plans in building credibility and building a service network which can stand by the brand.
In simple words, a terrible with no values and integrity and must not be approached for anything i.e. sales and servicing.

You need to google all the enquiries for the jawa as no one have a single idea about the bike spec, installment, pricing and test ride
Especially that healthy lady who is not entertaining customers, always on the phone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the Worst Jawa Sales point and Service Centre , you can not expect any sort of assistance from them Zero Support after sales , Zero manners , Zero service .
It is better to go at any other Jawa point for your any Service.
The front desk Assistance girls are one of I'll mannered People you will face ever .
I repeat Zero After sales Service , Zero Support at Chahal Jawa

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here for my first service of yezdi roadster. I have already seen the negative comments and wanted to check if all that is correct.
I was shocked, all the negative comments are true.
I am unsatisfied with the service.
The staff didn't cleaned the chain properly. I was watching him carefully. It didn't put the chain cleaner on the chain and just cleaned it using a brush.
After then he sprayed nearly empty cane of lube and they charged me for 400 ml .
He didn't cleaned the air filter and they don't have washing area. Which is disappointing.
They don't have accessories for the bike even the leg guard which is an essential part. I was thirsty and there were no glass at the water dispenser. I asked for glass from the staff and he said that he will arrange a glass but he ignored and didn't cared at all. I was noticing everything.
Now I have my number plate and service booklet, I will bring my bike for service to any other service center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic experience. In went in chahal automobiles jawa service centre Gurgaon and it was my worst experience there. I had to get my bike serviced and after service get to know that there is no washising station. Unnasseseey expansive paid service and parts comparison to other service centre in Delhi and haryana. Bad behaviour of Staff, not any of the satisfactory answers. They don't know how to deal with customers.

They will entertain you only the moment you purchase the bike.
My bike was about to go out of warranty and I got my bike serviced. Just after service, I started facing issue in meter. Engine check light turned on and never turned off.
When I called them they didn't pick up my phone and after few days I got a chance to visit service center. I elaborated the issue to them and they replied "your bike is out of warranty now".
However, the issue started to persist just after the paid service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For Gurgaon, if one wants to purchase a Jawa motorcycle then Chahal Automobile is the showroom one can look forward to. I bought Jawa Perak & was the one who got the bike from the first lot, during the lockdown. I was surprised to see the swiftness of the bike allocation with utmost fair play. And believe me due to covid I haven't driven it much and started the bike after 5 months, boom without any issue no battery drainage nothing it started perfectly. The showroom also extended the coupons acceptance post expiry considering the covid scenario. I would recommend them, as they have all the accessories now, protocol-driven service station, what else is required for! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Helpful but not so helpful staff,didn't even have proper dusting clothes to clean the bike at the time of delivery. Tried to deliver one scratchy windshield on new yezdi purchase. Didn't have any accessory ready stock.
