★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a rude and pretentious manager! We were planning to invite a few friends to the cafe for a board game night and merely inquired if they had any, and what they were. Even from the second we entered, the manager was rude unnecessarily, and started ranting about how we were supposed to "order". Did you really think we'd sit at a cafe without ordering? This was so insulting. No wonder the cafe was empty on a Saturday! You have basically lost us as customers and anyone who might read this review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this place for the first time. Liked the ambience and the seating arrangement. The service was pretty fast and the prices were decent. The food tasted okay okay. It's a good place for the young crowd to chill.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very cozy place and both mom and son are doing a good job handling it.. service was very good and we liked whatever we ordered. But to my surprise the wrap was not something I expected. It was Little sour and it was not a actual wrap. It was more like a Paratha. Aunty was very friendly and we had a good time altogether! Definitely going to visit again!

Visited this place recently...pretty cute, small and cool place to chill out with a cuppa tea and i justtt love the seating arrangements.
The ambience is quite interesting and striking....also you can see a beautiful collection books and novels.
The owners are very cordial and the owner lady is super friendly.
Do try their signature Kullhad Chai and Maggie.
Very quick service and affordable prices.
If you're looking for a calm place to hangout with your friends, Chai Patty is definitely the place to go to.
Would love to visit again sometime.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff were friendly and food was yummy. Place looks slightly old. However it is located in the heart of the city with lot of other options around. You might want to visit this place for pocket friendly experience and some yummy options to snack on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a kind of a place that could easily become your regular hangout. The vibe is homely. The owners are very sweet and nice. Chai is great is an understatement. Food is also good.
You can order in spend sometime, read, play cards etc. Enjoyed my time here.
PS- you can also challenge the owner lady for a game of cards and lose probably since she looked like a pro ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best places to just sit and relax. The cafe is unique with its sitting arrangements. There's a homely feel with well stocked book shelves in the inner hall. The outer sitting area provides and airy atmosphere.
The food is reasonably priced, although the quality could be improved upon a little bit, to make it an even better hangout spot. Over-all a beautiful cafe.
