Other chairs sellers purchase chairs from Chairwale and sell them on various other platforms such as Amazon/ Flipkart etc. So I decided to approach Chairwale directly.
The parts they use, are of best quality, and I have never faced problems with any of the parts. They have excellent after-sales service too. I am not sure if other chair sellers can guarantee the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are selling cheap quality chairs, I bought chair worth 7k last year and it broke within a year and hydraulic stopped working also I nevet felt comfortable sitting on it like it was with my previous godrej chair, and when I complained about it they blocked my mobile number, as all I requested them to do was send someone post 4pm for repair work and showed me tjeur true colors not at all professional . Please buy it from Amazon or flipkart but never buy from them...these are frauds in the name of chairwale.com
