The bus driver just stopped bus for 45mins at Ratnagiri and closed ac with no reason and asked us to go out of the bus for 45 mins. Even travel bus manager Mr. Gaurav never picked up the phone as driver has reported about this thing. My family has to land down the bus for no reason on the road for 45 mins.
