No appointment facility through phone. You have to go early in the morning 8 oclock for appointment and most disappointed thing is that you will get appointment no. 31 even you are the first one in queue or reach first at 8 oclock for appointment. I don't able to understand first 30 numbers are reserved for whom. If first 30 numbers are reserved already then not making sense to take apointment physically at 8 o'clock. If you get appointment at number 31 ( 30 appointments are already reserved ) then still it is not committed about appointment time. You may have to wait 1 hour, 2 hour , 3 hours and more. If you have to wait so long then what means of appointment.
Appointment facility is not through practo also.
So I believe appointment process should be make more better, healthy and transparent.
Staff is very rude and not having helping nature.
Doctor is very good. Good experience and good knowledge.

Went with emergency and denied to see doctors.
My kid had severe fever since Sunday. We went to mohite doc as doc Chaitanya was not available on Sunday. We called up the clinic to ask if Dr. Chaitanya was available. The person who answered the call said Dr. Is not available and will come on Mon morning. When asked if we cud get appointment they said come at 10 morning to get appointment.
The fever did not subside and my kid was literally ill the whole night and when we took him to Chaitanya on Monday morning the person at the counter says doc appointment are full, you should come at 08.
After requesting also, she said go home and come at 02:30.
When I said he has fever which they checked at it was102, still she said you have to wait or go home and come back
I guess the cases of medical negligence happens because of such cruel people at the hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1) there is no emergency facility for children.... because they assumed that there will be no emergency case for new born child...
2) Timing of clinic is so well defined that after specific entries there will be no acceptance of any other entries.
3) Reception person will tell you that you need to book your appointment at earliest as possible as all people knows your well defined policy.
( Note for doctor : Please don't take oath to be a doctor as i see you are not providing services you are doing it for business)
