Good ventilation,, away from traffic hazards,calm and collected,three bore well points with motorised pumps,good covered parking, almost all the residents are good people and help full too.good public tpt,metro rail accessibility in near future, availability of commercial shops, in walk away distance,like Malls (Gopalan arcade,and the like) the Builder,developer,marketing staff are all nice gentlemen, accessible any time, Power back up like Diesel Generator , ensures un interrupted power supply,with provision for Cauvery water also.
