Tata's Staff is Very Friendly and Good Communication to Respective customers.
There One sales person tell us about TATA's Car Details and finally we Booked "TATA ?PUNCH ?"
And
I think we got it in January 2022 as per waiting List.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Commitment....and how to fulfill that....heats off to Chambal motors staff... specially Mr.harmindar and Mr kapil....both understood my case and my concern of shortage of time....and they tried their level best on each step....and fulfilled their all commitments ....while i am also from automobile background...and i was aware that whatever they are committing will not be easy task...
People are saying that tata motors dealer staff are not good...and that is the reason tata not growing....but at Chambal motors i found totally different ....superb work team....good luck and thank you

STAFF MISBEHAVING TALKING VERY RUDELY
AFTER BOOKING AMOUNT TRANSFER
BEFORE BOOKING BEHAVIOUR WAS QUITE GOOD
SOON MONOPOLY GOING TO END NEW TATA IS COMING IN KOTA CITY
RECOMMEND NOT TO BUT FROK THEM
OR BE PREPARE TO FACE THIER RUDE IGNORANT BEHAVIOUR AFTER BOOKING UR CAR.
TALKED TO SOME CUSTOMERS IN KOTA ,THEY ARE SAYING THE SAME THING

Person was calling again and again talking softly before booking the car .
after booking behaviour changed as hell , not responding to texts
not giving any date for delivery
asking just to wait
previously during the booking asked that will try to give in 10-15 days.
chambal tata motors kota (raj.) is worst i have experienced.
Just because of monopoly in the city, they are verg rude to the customers
expected delivery date was not give even after 25 days of booking
maximum waiting period was 2 months
assured me to give the car in 10-15 days
not even asking to give it to me early, but atleast behave properly, assure me that we r trying
but ridiculus
when asked for refund , asking me to wait for 4-5 days.

due to monopoly in the city
just dont recommend to book car from them
because at the time of booking they response very good
but after booking they just ignore there customers
happened to me yesterday booked tigor icng xzplus white assured me that they will try to give delivery in 10-15days
maximum waiting time was 2 months
even calling after 25 days , the executives replying badly ,ignoring calls and talking so rudely
never ever recomendd to buy from them.
asked for refund of the booking amount
buying from sp motors tata udaipur(raj.)
seriously very disturbing behaviour of the staff executive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being a disabled person I purchased Tata Nexon AMT about 7 months ago. After a couple of months of use, the car started showing AMT Fault indication in heavy traffic conditions, while taking reverse or bad Indian road conditions.
I have made formal complaints, visited Tata motors service centre multiple times but they keep on saying it's a “safety feature” and not a fault. The car refused to move when the issue comes, it puts me in life-threatening condition.
I installed a hand control by a certified mechanic so i can drive the car without using my legs. They initially blamed hand control, so they removed it. Now I have to rely on others to drive my car.
My hard earn money is getting wasted, we are in a life-threatening situation but tata motors refuse to even acknowledge that there is a problem.
Now the clutch starts burning and the car smells whenever the issue comes. Tata motors keep on blaming that because we drive the car on bad road, its a “safety feature” indication.
I would suggest to never buy Tata Nexon, especially the AMT model.
