★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Three days before I gave my Fiate Punta emotion RJ19 cc 7971 for service at Mundra Motor s Kota..They kept my vehicle 3days but all the problems remind as such as well as they create a new problem in my car : they creat a gap between front bumper and the bonat .It was not earlier.
So I decided to take this issue to CONSUMER FORUM KOTA.

Very worst experience with mundra Fiat...
For the new buyers who are looking after a fiat car in kota or nearby places... better swich to some other company coz the services u r going to receive from Mundra fiat are going to suck you... kind of fraud .... firstly they act very sweet. Then make a misrepresentation to you, they dont even have well trained workers and labourers.....as a result highly unsatisfied customers with a huge huge bill...
They even manipulates by cuting, rubbing etc the original parts of which you are paying to make them fit for a certain place.. as if they dont even know which part belong to which place and how to place them...
Personally I had a very bitter experience with Mundras...i just got my car ready with no work but a bill of ₹22000 for changed parts which work for not more then 500 kms run.
They didnt placed the parts so properly that all the gear rod got damaged ...and we were left in an isolated place with no service area nearby...and there we are with further bill estimate of ₹45000...
Hell like services.
I could have given zero stars if possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I reached for servicing of my Fiat Punto there in 1st week of April, 21. Poor service infrastructure, even the computerised checking system of Fiat cars are lying inoperative since long due to cable fault. They left my car airbag alarm issue unattended. The blue & me synchronisation also remain unattended due to non availability of the computerised checking system. The technicians are also not proficient. One engine oil leakage issue observed after coming back from service station. Physically no job done upto satisfaction. Service station is fully capable of killing the brand image of Jeep.
