★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have availed service at KS Ford 3-4 times now. The Manager is courteous and is very outgoing in listening to customer and getting work done until satisfied.
Though the work is good, it is not excellent if I start nitpicking, as workers can get careless sometimes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hello there, I want to buy a new car and I saw some videos of best cars in which most of the people suggest ford cars because of its performance and driving comfort specially diesel engines but unfortunately ford failed to attract Indians because ford didn't upgrade their existing cars with time and no new launches and resulting as we all know that ford is leaving India, they stopped manufacturing of new cars. So I want to ask is there cars are available at your showroom ? Which model and at which price discount ? Also let me know about the availability of the servicing in future ?

No wonder why Ford left India just because of these unprofessional employees and staff members.
They don't have any sense how to work and deal with coustomer, apart from that even the company is not responding to the complains or e-mail.
1 star is also a huge reward compared to the service they are giving and the work they are doing.
No hopes that this review would do anything good and they'll improve but still trying to save someones time and money so that others don't suffer like us after spending lacs.
