β β β β β U will be charged for 1 month broadband rental, but u expect max 15-20 day of internet connection that too at a tortoise speed... I can say probably worst broadband connection in a whole world

β β β β β Firstly this is a No crowded place, but do not expect urgent one day service or the installation rep falling behind you. You have to fall behind the employee to get the service. I was greeted by a senior official for my broadband connection, only thing bsnl can do is raise a work order, every execution is from third party who also feels they are bsnl employee.

β β β β β Pretty good place where they promptly respond to your queries and is not like mentioned in other reviews. Basically they have copper connection(managed by them) and FTTH(managed by third party) and here is my experience for both.
Copper connection infra is good means they have dedicated poles and cables doesnt go over trees but the net speed is very slow for example we had 10mbps connection but were getting maximum 4 mbps download.copper has limitations in upload speed so it hardly reaches 1mbps.
FTTH or optical fiber is the latest technology and is managed by third party ,in my locality it is managed by Broadway communication and their service is very good,if any problem they attend it within 30 minutes .
disadvantage is the DNS in FTTH is very bad and many aps/website dont load unless you use DNS modifier or change DNS in the device.
