★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Is there anything less than 1 star rating? Frustration is an understatement, lady at the store is fit for housekeeping work and not to serve customers. I work for AT&T USA as Ops manager, customer service is our top priority. This lady at the store has all skills for street fighting and not to serve customers. Customer service is important to me, I just stayed with you guys for the number. Thanks to MNP, I'll port to different service provider at the earliest. Hate Vodafone for this poor experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anjanadri Star Telecom is maintained by an insensitive bunch of people who have no professional conduct. Postpaid to Prepaid migration took more than 10days here due to multiple entry errors, lack of process expertise, irresponsiveness and apathy towards customers.
After taking the migration fee, due payment and 3 month recharge amount they stopped answering calls. Visited the store for 5 days and sat at the shop for 8-10 hours with the unprofessional executives to get the work done. Careless buggers spoiling Vodafone-Idea name. It should be removed from the V! Store chain.
Pathetic service, they make you beg to them for the services even when you pay them money in advance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst store and pathetic service.. From my experience, they don't have basic knowledge of service and process knowledge.
Just for activating a duplicate sim card they are taking more than 24hrs and later they are saying company has not processed yet so visit main store they will do it. So what is the use of keeping this store when they can't serve to customers.
This store is taking money but not giving the service and they are not ready to provide the solution for such escalations... they think that people are fools and they can do anything..
If these guys don't have such facilities it's better to close this store so that customer will visit main branch directly and will not suffer also.
This is my serious feedback to all customers, not to visit this store. It's better to visit main store.
