★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a good place to buy pearls from.. The collection was really good and the staffs were very polite..The collection ranged from earrings, bracelets, pendants plus the full sets.. All within affordable price range.. We went during covid days and they had followed all the safety measures.. Overall happy and satisfied with the place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like the pearls but they have the one bangle , one bracelet kind of they don't have the set of pairs . If I need two bangle , they have only one bangale of stock in their bangalore shop. They told they will get it from kolkatta main branch office but it will take time. If someone want to wear ont he same day for any occassion they don't have the pair of bangles to buy need to wait for a week which is not good.. Rest services prices quality and I bought the Jodha Akbar set which is beautiful.. staff was decent active good listener.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience. I have faced with Chandrani Pearls. I ordered earrings on 1st march from their website. It was showing that it will be dispatched by 3rd march from their end. After 4th , on 5th I find it is not dispatched, then I called them and got to know that it is not in their stock, they have to make this and dispatch and it will take time. As I was supposed to gift that to someone, I request them to cancel my order. They asked me to send a mail and I did. and also got a response that they acknowledged. After a few days, I received a message from the delivery company that they are going to deliver that (I already gift her something else). Again I called and request to hold and then said if in case it is not able to cancel kindly don't deliver it there, send me my address. if any extra courier charges is required I shall pay. They said okay. I sent my address. Till date, I haven't received my order. If I message them, they said don't worry it will be delivered. so, don't rely on their online service. No comments on their product, As I was their old customer, my most of pearls jewelry from Chandrani Pearls only. I was their customer but not anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing collection and excellent quality pearls. Friendly staff and option to get if home delivered. They will send you pics via whatsApp, select your choice, make the payment via gpay and they will get it to you through porter. Very transparent and customer friendly.
