We waited Patiently for 10mins and nobody attended us, after asking staff mentioned someone will come and attend, none came, we went to front desk and asked for help, they asked someone to go n that guy came half way n went back. We have seen lot of Jewelry shops, never seen Staff behaving this way. Other places Even if they are under staff they atleast attended us, but here none spoke to us. I could see lot of staff roaming but none attended us.

About the jewellery, they have nice variety but chance is because of the poor in-store service, you may decide not to buy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really disappointed bcz the price is high his telling that low making charges no wastage charges will be given more offers more discount but this all advertisement only but u visit directly it's all fake his give discount but that amount will take in making and wastage yesterday I was buying already we have pay 1laks amount that amount will not refund that the reason only we have buy that will be not pay any advance definitely will not buy any jewels on that shop so plz people don't believe any advertisement go and ask first for all the shop after which one is best choose and buy it bcz money will not come easily we have do more hardworking so plz plz plz don't waste money in that kind of shops

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a bad experience at the Malleswaram store. Placed an order for black beads chain. The delivered chain was not at all like the original image shared of the design. Not even close to 50% likeness of the shared design. Also the workmanship was very poor. Big beads were used instead of smaller beads shown in the design. Plus the beads selected were not uniform. The gold cap covering the bead was not done neatly. Very disorganised manner of doing the work!! The gold links linking the beads were done too close to each other, resulting in the chain not sitting properly in the neck. Would not recommend this place!!
