For particular type of back, neck pain problems, they advised some particular exercises by carefully analysing my problem with their experience and DSA analysis. Once they find root of problem, they will meticulously design some particular exercises to strengthen muscles. I had practiced those exercises under their supervision to correct my mistakes and I practiced them at my home 2times per day.
I was having my back pain for last 3years. I have seen Lot of progress with in a month. Dr Tulasi Rao mam expertise is exceptional to make me understand possible mistakes while doing exercises and analysis of my root problem is phenomenal (bcz i was not able to find where exactly pain started for last 3 years). they gave real confidence that i will live happily. Thanks a lot QI spine team

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am 34yrs was suffering from Disc bulge L4 L5 from since January 2021 where pain radiates from back till toes. Annoying pain day & night. Worst pain that one can through ever. Visited many orthopaedic doctors who prescribed pain killers (did not help) & visited "puttur kattu" traditional way of massaging nothing helped me. Lot hopes & mind starting accepting that I have to live with pain. One fine day with frustration & unbearable pain again I started looking for good doctors started browsing Google that's when I found "QI Spine" Malleswaram branch. My saviour "Dr. Tulsi Rao" read my body pain points & started treating me. In one weeks time i felt a lot better. Well I took good 3 months session. Now I find myself more confident as I am getting back to "Normal life" slowly. Many thanks Dr Tulsi Rao. Not to forget friendly staff.

I have a disc prolapse in my L4 L5 spine and was suggested for a surgery by all orthopaedic doctors. But I taken second opinion after I then visited qi spine clinic and Today I have completed two months treatment and standing on my feet .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had intense neck pain was diagnosed with Cervical Radiculopathy. I was unable to rotate my neck for more than 20° and was worried. Thanks to Dr. Tulsi Rao and Dr. Harshitha Gowda who helped me overcome the pain through a series of strengthening exercises that has reduced my pain to a larger extent and getting better everyday.
They helped me in understanding the root cause of the pain and adviced me about the Do's and Don'ts to improve my situation.
