Having felt the absence of Value-oriented education in the Schools, the Members of Sri Vidya Mandir Association decided to start and develop new educational institutions to impart such an education which can produce men of moral and intellectual integrity and lay a foundation for the full development of human personality.
The Bharatiya heritage is that which the great Rishis, Achariyas, Seers, Saints and Philosophers who had the rich and right type of oriental education with the resultant intelligence, knowledge, skill and wisdom par excellence in human values had evolved to serve the whole universe. One of the noblest ideas of and policies of education of Sri Vidya Mandir is to uphold and preserve this ancient heritage, culture and civilization.
The right instrument in the right hands means resounding success. It is so in the case of Sri Vidya Mandir Association. It has chosen the right instrument for realizing its goals through the Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi. All our member schools enjoy affiliation with that pace-setting Board in the field of School Education which works the rich curriculum being evolved from time to time by NCERT.
Our choice of subjects from the wide options available has stood the test of time and our schools have fared very well and are nationally recognized.
We are proud and feel honored that our formula for the learning of languages has been adopted as the' National choice under the New Educational Policy.
All our pupils study 4 languages Viz. English, Tamil, Hindi and Sanskrit and have won high scores and All India ranks in the Board Examinations.
