This Sabha is available for all sorts of Shubh functions,Social gatherings,these may be Marriages,Marriage engagement, Upanayanam,Naming ceremonies, and condolence meets like the one recently occasioned by PunithRajkumar's untimely demise.
The fact that the building is in a central, convenient and easily reachable location make it an ideal venue.
The amenities offered by the Sabha building are.
i) There is ample basement parking as well as in surrounding alleys.
ii) The building has two elevators allowing six passengers each right from the basement to the third floor. But beware they are slow and laboured.
iii)The second floor main function area offers a podium on the north side and a seventy foot square seating space well lit and well ventilated with some two hundred plastic chairs thrown in.
iv)The same second floor also has five large rooms with two having attached baths and toilets with geysers for hot water. Also the rooms have cots,mattress, bedsheets and blankets and Jamkahnas handy for Homas and Havanas, but you have to get the sound system on your own, this is a rather irksome, but entirely manageable.
v)The second floor is internally connected with a wide staircase to the third floor,though a separate staircase and elevator, serve externally.
vi)The third floor is the dining area with it's own kitchen and serving area, wash counters, utility and separate toilet and bath rooms for the guests,the plus points are that the kitchen has it's own cooking and serving utensils, stoves,
stainless steel buckets and dining tables for a hundred people at one round,there is a good water supply and a permanent service manager and cleaning crew,and trust me, they are efficient.
Fans and concealed lights are a plus point.
On my scale of one to ten the place gets seven,grudgingly though !
This is one venue for a good hands free Marriage or Upanayanam you can't miss in Malleshwaram,
surrounded by Temples and Gods
this is this last bastion of Bhraminism ?,for the next century.

Stayed there for a day for my cousin's wedding. The team needs to improve on the washroom facilities and rooms.
I would suggest the whole place to be renovated so that many more people would want to opt the venue for the functions and programmes.
