★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a beautiful school in the lap of the lake Gopinath. The gentle breeze of Gopinath always soothe the mind and body of the students as well as the teachers. The school was set up in the year 1954 in the middle of the prosperous village Chandur. The villagers are too good and most of them are highly educated. They also celebrate various Hindu occasions in the whole year and make the village abode of Gods.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best and reputed school in the Paschim Medinipur district. Top educational and cultutal infustructure are available here. Boys hostel is also open for SC ST students. Lots of sport events are organised at the school's play ground during the winter season. Library facility is also good. Lots of teachers are available with their extreme and superior knowledge. Teachers are good, friendly and very much helpful to the students. Over thousands plus students are gather here in different classes.The result of MP and HS is extremely good . Several cultural programs are held in different memorable days of the year.
