★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our government will never do anything sophisticated for the general public & the health too. Only buses ply but the people who stood for the waiting buses it's not systematic. Before plying the buses take an internal inspection and make round which the dust zoom and mix up in the air. I feel they should build up a nice road inside the depot arena, and the bluetooh system should be installed for notification which bus will come to the stop . In this modern age, this concerned department doesn't pay heed to the suffering of people who travelled and give business. Thx for one change to the AIR CONDITIONER BUSES PLY. BUT FOR MULUND, STILL THE ORDINARY BUS. This means suffering will prevail.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un healthy atmosphere. No seating arrangements. In summer and in rainy season unfair atmosphere with travellers. No toilet facility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No bus time table nor any help desk in place to guide commuters. BEST should plan self service mechanism at Depots and also install screens showing expected time of departure of next buses for all route, so that commuters don't have to wait endlessly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No one to take responsibility. Even if we complaint it goes to deaf ears. Today this bus did not stop at liberty garden inspite of being empty. When I complaint at depot another employee whose photo is displayed started touching me as if want to fight. I hope some action is taken. This is for Route no 345.Even if I write essay it will be less. There is no safety of passengers even if we go to complain.
