At first we were not able to identify the booking office. So posting a pic of the office here. There is also a very small waiting area with no COVID precautions.
The bus was definitely on time and meeting the Shivneri standards. However, no COVID cleaning precautions prior to the onward journey were taken once it reached at the bus stand.
There is only 1 tea stall where you can get water tea and small snacks.
Please ensure to book tickets upfront for the best seats coz the last seats can be super uncomfortable due to continuous breaking pattern in the cities.
Lastly please take note of the complete address of this stop since there are multiple stops for Shivneri in Borivali and you may end up at the wrong bus stand.
