★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buses halts at very dirty place... Toilets are dirty not even covered with necessary things... Bus quality is poor... Seats are not proper.....one of my family member seats nut was not properly fitted...we told to bus person but he ignores the same..... Need to maintain the bus in proper way as they charge very well charges from people also even bus need to halt at atleast well clean place...

Ashwini travels and even the local travellers are far better....
Need too much of improvement. .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service seat selection online is diffrent than actual, we got 2nd last row where we selected 3rd from last row. we have 1.5 years baby with us, 2nd last row pasanger not able to down sleeper chair bcoz last row pasanger feeling uncomfortable. if we paid for sleeper then we hqve to get it. also on seat no 27,28 not having AC Very safocation happen. they have to decrease charges of this seat.

It was horrible experience while traveling from Dapoli to Borivali Yesterday. Experience in bus was like ST bus. No suspension, Lot of noise. Unable to seat properly due to bad suspension system or may be any other technical issue. Please do proper maintenance of your Bus. Rest all your services are good but Bus maintenance is poor.
