I have thier customer for 9 years.
Today on May 6th I went to chem finance infantry road branch for to release my
pleadged gold as thier office was not open for a long time because of the lockdown.As my due date is over by April,I have tried contacting their office earlier but there was no response.
Today when I went to the showroom for my shock they charged me interest till today.
When I protest they connect to their ceo Shaym.What he told was even more shocking.He told me to pay the interest for lockdown period if you want the gold back.
I was forced to pay the full interest amount to get the gold back.
It look like this is a planned loot to keep the office closed for longer period to collect heavy interest after opening. I have learnt that for so many customers they are doing the same.
Pathetic place with zero ethics.
Never ever trust this brand.
