★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cockroaches everywhere, especially in the cooking area. My room was infested with bedbugs but they wouldn't do anything about it till I had to show it them a few times. I left last year but I still haven't received my deposit. Rude staff. Only plus point was the location, by which I mean Aundh. The building by itself is old and their carelessness doesn't do it much service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not even good for one star ....No Service ... No Water Purifier...No Maintenance....This PG is run by two person Pravin and Nikhil. No Wonder how many times you call them they will take you for granted ....Beware of this PG in Pune Aundh. They will never return your Security amount they are thugs people ...its better don't pay the last month rent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place.The owner Nikhil keep the security deposit by making all kind of excuses.No cleanliness. The common fridge is filled with cockroaches. Half of the facilities committed are not provided. No parking space

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst pg and it is full of bedbugs and cockroccock and the owner is money minded and the whole management is lazy they don't care about anyone's complaint .
Please don't stay there. And if you decided to stay there then please read the all instructions before paying and don't give them heavy deposit amount they ask you 5 to 8 thousands as deposit but don't give them plz pay only 1 or 2 thousand as deposit . And they also taking about police verification is required and charge extra for that but it actually not required don't pay for that. And management is worst and owner is also talks disrespectfully .
I've recently heard that somesom files police case on ph (cheating case ) regarding repayment of deposit so please read all instructions before paying .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very secured girls PG accomodation in Aundh area in Pune. Security includes access to the building with finger print. The place has stay and common kitchen , washing machine and refrigerator for the occupants.
Also, you can easily find tiffin services around.
Westend Mall is at a walking distance only and so are all the basic amenities. A perfect place for working girls who wants to stay around Aundh.
The only disadvantage is that they accept cash payments for rent and other services only.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are two guys in the office of a girls hostel, they come inside without knocking, the hostel room was full of cockroaches and they did not do anything about it for a long time, our room was just in front of the cameras that they had installed so there was no privacy, finally when we were leaving they did not tell about the policies correctly and were really rude, a very bad experience. Just one thing about it is good that it is in a good area.Ill not suggest anyone to live there.
