★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is highly unsafe for girls. The owner's wife and daughter "Harrass" and "physically abuse" the tenants for meagre amounts of money. There are no legal documentations of any kind and agreement is also non existent. The owner makes new rules without prior intimations. Girls PG security is not there, Boys can enter the PG upto their rooms.
My advise would be to search for other PG's and avoid this place at all costs. P.S. The owner's wife and daughter are the biggest problem maker's. The name of the biggest troublemaker is Kshitija Naagras.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like this place as the view from Balcony is amazing one. You'll find greeneries around. Girls PG are aligned side by side. They all are very safe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience of this pg. Pg is not secure to stay. Really bad at giving service. Owner makes her own rules and charges for no reason. If denied to pay, owner threats tenant by being physically abusive. I denied to pay so me with my roomates were physically abused by the owners wife and relatives. Pg is not at all clean and is not in proper condition. No legal proof is provided of stay in pg wherein they believe they can ask you to move out anytime.If asked for proper service owner threats tenants and ask them to leave even at night. So really bad to stay...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The stay was good. The fact we were stuck because of COVID - 19 lockdown. But there was no such problems we faced while we were in the PG. The owner uncle was very helpful during our stay. The PG is in good place in Aundh and market and other necessities are quite close.
