★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a bedroom set from them that set me back by upwards of a lac.
Within 1 month, the bed gave way from headrest side, and i got painful spasms because the blood would flow to my head while i slept. it was fixed after 2 months. the bed still keeps making squeaking noises.
Then the wardrobe slider door came off, perhaps due to weather changes. They wanted to replace the part, so i waited a month for the new part to come in from some factory in Nagpur .
It came out to be worse than the first one. I was told the product is discontinued. I am still waiting for a new part, while my bedroom cupboard stays wide open for the maid, guests and rodents.
The planks inside have already curved in an arc that makes us a laughing stock among our friends. They used something different than MDF for our requested customized planks ( i think sawdust ) just to make the sale.
The only thing remaining of the misery were the side tables. You would think that how can such a small thing be wrongly done. It turned out the drawers were sent fixed inverted, so the ply beneath was looking up. Had to get these replaced as well. Absolutely no quality checks whatsoever.
I am seriously thinking of suing them in consumer court since i am pretty sure anything they send now will be a hush job put together just to get done with it.
When God wants to punish you , He makes you buy from these guys. Under that good brand name, these are some of the worst guys in the business.
I had read the reviews and still went for them thinking they were a one off case. I am so sad now, i am waiting for holi to burn this evil piece of bedroom furniture that has ironically taken away my sleep , peace and time.

I have bought two products and both are defective, when we complained about the defective product, they asked us they will get it repaired, we tried to call the Tangent executive they refused to take calls, we visited their shop where we met owner of the shop, We asked for product replacement as it is given in defective condition from shop, owner refused and said they can only repair it but replacement is not possible, Onwer also threatened me and my wife infront of all thier staff that they will call the security guard and through us out of the shop. He was behaving like gunda. I would suggest do not opt for this shop as it looks like an extortion centre. They are selling products which is much inferior then roadside furniture shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took recliner from this shop and after one year or so it started having issues. The cloth at the bottom was breaking in to pieces. I assumed that after sales service will be good but experience is pathetic. No value for money at all ...........even one star is not worth!

The prices are little high but the discounts are mostly there

They have lots variety in tables and chairs.
Specially in pandemic situation most of the people’s working from home and for those people’s they have excellent variety in tables and chairs.
Must recommended place and ensure it’s value for money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too much expensive.. "50% Sale" is only myth. Looks like 50% discount is applied after inflating the prices. The products are good though. Some unique designs of sofa sets are available but I found it very expensive...
