★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Date 25/5/19 time around 9pm I visited the store to buy a teether or some thing which can give relief to my little one from mouth itching.
But the sales guy was least interested to show me any related product or any other options. Also he didn’t showed any professionalism in his behaviour.
Moreover he got call in between our conversation and started attending his personal call which for him seemed to be more important than attending a customer.
Anyways then I went to mothercare and got what I wanted.
Pathetic experience with chicco, the company should train sales guys on how to attend customers and behave professionally.
Overall not visiting chicco again and not recommending other moms.
