★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a tickets of me and my frnd before 6 days. Bus time was 7P.M. Before one day, they called us and said that bus is preponed by 1 hr. That is at 6P.M. We had to adjust our office timings and all to reach there at 6. Somehow we managed and agreed to reach at 6P.M. Then on the day of departure, they called us before 3 hrs and said bus is failed and hence cancelled. We asked for another bus as it won't be possible for us to book new tickets before 3hrs. But they said bus will be at 10P.M and in that also we will get last seat. And instead of giving concession for their mistake, manager talked with us very rudely. He was very arrogant, not having a manners of talking to female. Also for next bus they were saying you have to pay extra 200 each. It was really bad experience. I will recommend everyone not to book Chintamani bus. Don't use this services guys otherwise you will have to face this situation like us. Zero star from my side.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No star, (Without star i was not able to post)its worst bus service experience of my life till the time , they take 1200 to 1500 for non AC BUS and bus does not look or not near by the expected money, in between the journey no of people get into the bus (because to earn extra money) , so security is the problem, bus get failed in between the journey it happen very frequently because of no maintenance. i can actually write an one page on their worst service. they have used the god name only for their benefits.
