★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm not a big fan of casinos, but Crown Towers is a gorgeous hotel no matter what your gambling habits. In my time there I didn't enter the casino once, and never found it an intrusion.
I should have known from the foyer that this was a flash hotel - everything is large, spacious and highly polished.
But it is the room that will make you want to return. I didn't have a fancy suite, just a common garden variety room, but it was gorgeous!
The bathroom is nothing short of luxurious with a flat screen tv embedded above the bath to idly watch while soaking in bubbles. I loved that all the bathroom doors are glass - it added to the light and airy feel of the space.
Rather than just a wardrobe, there is a small corridor a little like a dressing room with a full length mirror at the end and its own lighting. The bed is incredibly comfortable and the view over Melbourne is stunning. The chaise longue is positioned to either watch tv, or stare lanquidly out the window at the view.
I had room service one evening which was fast but a little overpriced, but there are so many restaurants and cafes in the Crown complex it seems silly to stay in the room.
I would definitely stay again.

Unprofessional drivers and cleaner.
Many of times bus fails & they shift customer to other khushal travels without any care.
last time bus wasn't fail but they told us wrong, when all passenger gone wild the same bus move on without any disturbance.

Even I was talked with bus driver and bus office to confirm how many hours bus is running late, at the last it came 1.5 hr late and 20 mins before it came bus office and driver stopped recieving my phone after continuously calling onceIonce driver picked it and I got to know they stopped bus 1.2 km away from the stop. I have to walk with my baggage.
Later when I tried complaing no body driver/bus office was really to listen or accept.
