★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 17th Jan' 2022. Worst ever experience. Totally unprofessional Hans Travels with zero customer focus. All in single journey.Timings are changed as a matter of routine, Bus arrives late by an hour without any communication or updates...no regrets rather mis information. Same two seats are alloted and confirmed to four people. No regrets again, manage on your own. Bus is full of people without mask, zero compliance, to hell with covid protocols. Finally the Bus develops some snag, the staff is again not communicating, no official announcement of what's happened, what next...passengers left stranded without any update on the Middle of the road. No arrangement of stand by pickup vehicle....staff absolutely clueless. Not trained to handle such situations. All in all, disgrace to customer service. Hans does not believe in communicating or providing value. Blacklisted on my list.

Be careful while booking with this operator. Avoid if possible.
