3> Project planning is awesome
Cons:
1> Location is good f you have own vehicle
2> Lack of street lights ( But they will complete the road with street lights as they have promised

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The project is very near to TCS, Gitanjali park on one side approx 1.3kms and also is just 4kms away from Shukhobristi Project. As per locals there are vegetable and fish markets nearby. The project has good amenities so we don’t need to go outside. The construction quality is good. Only drawback is the nearby road till TCS which has almost no lights and is very narrow. Also as per the builder there is a plan(Govt/Local authorities) to connect the road to Uniworld road via a new small bridge over the canal. Probably that is now in a back burner due to covid. Overall it is a very good project with food amenities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I own an apartment here. I considered multiple points before sealing a deal. Thumbs up if you see this helpful.
1. Nearby Tech parks: Almost all the Big Fish IT companies located in 7-8 KM radius of this place.
2. Hospitals, malls are nearby.
3. KMDA and Hidco are jointly in charge for the development, so we can expect this place to develop in next 5 years a lot.
4. Nearby metro station is coming up and that is in 2 KM approx.
5. Many govt offices are shifting here from Dalhousie.
6. Awesome amenities are offered here by the builder which you can't find in any of the projects in Newtown/Rajarhat area.
So, don't just relax, book a flat NOW if you are working professionals and wants to live luxurious life within your budget.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Flat quality is good , but works of account section is awful . My friend has purchased a flat their so I was also intrested to buy a flat in chitrakut height but my friend shared his experience as accountant namely Barun is dealing his registration process .my friend already cleared all his dues in Feb 2022 but still NNPL is sending baseless demand letter and more importantly NNPL staff Barun delaying their registration process .it was supposed to complete within 2nd week of March 2022 but till my friend do not have any idea when it will be executed .. even they have prepared faulty e-assesment for deed . After seeing this ,I have decided to stay away from this kind of builder .. so be cautious before purchasing .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can say it's a good project, but they're delaying the possession even after registration of two months. They're commitment are not worthy. All false commitment. If you are looking for investment purposes and if you can wait for long time you can .
It's very difficult for person who use CAR for communication bcz rood are small due to market area also it bit far from main road and no light in road so night time it's looks not safe to travel.
I am giving this rating from my own experience .
