Instead of photo cake, they printed the photo on a piece of paper and stuck in on the cake and expected us to eat PAPER.
They didn't even apologize for this mistake. Very bad experience !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a very bad experience. We ordered a cake with edible photo print and paid extra 300/- only for that. But to our surprise, what we got was only a printed paper! Very unprofessional behavior. Not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were cheated ...promised and charged for edible photo film on the cake.. And given a printed paper! My kid was so disappointed. She was looking forward to eat the peppa which we thought is printed on the edible film which to our surprise was just a piece of paper. Very bad. ?

Won’t recommend to anyone !
Highly disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had very bad experience. We ordered a cake for a child. Had requested for edible printed paper on it. But were disappointed to find that paper was not edible. On top of that, the cream on cake was very less. Its highly unexpected and disappointing. NOT RECOMMENDED.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Huge disappointment. We ordered for a printed cake. And they just printed the image on a paper and sticked it right on top of it ! As if we couldn’t do the same ! Every cake shop has edible print. They charged us extra for this thing. Please confirm details before you place order here. Also, they didn’t have birthday candles in stock.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible first and last experience. Got 2 cupcakes chocolate and red velvet which looked good but tasted horrible. Felt like I was eating a 10 day old cake. The cream was hard and cake was chewy. I don't know whether the franchise has any quality control but it ruined my experience and would never try any of the outlets again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. I ordered a 5 kg lightning McQueen cake from here. The cake I got by far doesn't have any resemblance. More disgusting was the packaging. It was packed in a shabby dirty old cartoon box patched up with old soggy newspaper. This was unhealthy, and. Completely not professional. Due to last moment I was forced to take it. But will never return to this shop again.
Also to mention their chiller leaks water making the whole place smudgy since last week it's still the same. Looks like hygene and cleanliness is a last priority.
Again Disgusting!!!
