★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very bitter and bad experience dealing with the Car insurance claim from this company. Its surveyor has taken THREE BLOODY WORKING DAYS TO COMPLETE A SURVEY of the damaged vehicle. Very poor response from any one from this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst insurance company on the planet. They are not understanding the exact scenario and making there own decisions and they are planning to make money out of our insurance policy and they do not talk on a right way and not responsible workers.
They just want to showcase there dressing sense and talk arrogantly to customers.
Please people I am suggesting you all do not take this insurance you will die due to the extent of treatment to your brains talking to them.
I am letting you know that please never ever buy this insurance. If you still want to go then that is your responsibility of getting more tensions and headache in your life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited chola ms Davangere office on 7/02/2022 to renew my two wheeler Insurance policy
1) one of the worst customer service they have
2 ) they make me to wait more than three hours
Its better they remove Express title from there company tag line
3) After three ours of waiting policy renewed but i didn't get the policy copy print out, there employee told that he will send the soft copy by evening, till today there is no response from his side
4) if i try to contact them they just ignoring my messages with out even replaying any thing
Not Even Deserve the Single star ...also
Plz dont even think to go for this insurance ....
You will find one of the worst service in india..may be in universe also
