About Christ Church, Kasauli
Till 19th century, Tourism in Himachal Pradesh was restricted only to a limited movement of pilgrims to a few spiritual destinations in around the hills. Only when the British established their chain of hill stations did tourism receive recognition in the State. Tourism activity received a shot in the arm when British declared Shimla “The Summer Capital of India” in 1864. Post independence, more investment in the infrastructure sector led to opening up of Tourism in the State. However the biggest boost to tourism occurred in the mid 80s and 90s.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely place??Christ Church is one of the famous church in Himachal Pradesh...
It is in kasauli and Near to Chandigarh ... Weather is so good .. Weather is not so hot in summer as well. There is authorised parking area where u can park you vehicles. Street food is also ok ok taste . Small market is there where you can buy some small gifts ( like key chain, name plates ) for your family and friends. Request you to beware of monkeys, also do not feed them.... Before going any tourist place, always remember to carry your mask... Overall we Had great time there.... ??? ....made memories for life❤️❤️ for one day outing kasauli is the best place for visiting in all the weather....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oldest church in the region considering the architecture and place. It is not hard to understand that it must have seen the days of its glory in the past. Their is a small graveyard or such thing at the back. It is near the main market and easily accessible.
The priest showed us very antique pictures of the place when we were inside. The priest also gave us a short story. Photography is restricted inside and you will see many people from Punjab doing premarital shoots near the place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was our first visit there and it was very nice and pleasant to be there. Peaceful environment. Good to take photographs outside the church.
Caution: don't carry food items in your hands specially banana because of the presence of monkey and langurs that would increase their chances to attach on you. So, be careful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This church looks really amazing from both outside as well as inside as this church was made during the British rule period. It's foundation is still strong. The church use to be so much quiet and calm from inside. You can go and sit here whether Inside or outside you'll find it peace . It's covered with nature from all sides and that's the best thing about. If you visit kasauli do come here. Church is nearby bus stand and mall road .

I love the beauty of this place.
If you are a nature lover..if you are a peace lover then turn your steering towards Kasauli.
Church is just adjacent to the bus/taxi stand and it’s beautiful you will love to stay inside the church.
There is some rush on weekends. On weekdays it’s very peaceful and beautiful.
You will love the food of roadside stalls..momos, coffee etc.
Bring some warm clothes..sometimes it’s very chill there.
