★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an horrible experience. As Dr Rege (ENT) is very famous patients come from all over Aurangabad district. System is very old & pathetic of taking appointment i.e. u have to come early in the morning 4am and seat outside on the steps of hospital to not ur serial number let go till 8 am. Only 30 patients can wait and seat as a limit of check up.
My co patients were shouting that Dr is treating patients like an animal.
* Why can’t Dr’s asst or security collect advance fees n give appointment with condition if the patient doesn’t come on time his fees will be not refunded back.
* Why can’t Dr or hospital collect cash online and give appointment.
* Many patients went back as they were not carrying Aadhar Card.
Etc.
Being literate I am writing this review.... but somebody should write to news paper and make patients life easy and torture free.
