★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The treatment of mom went completely wrong here. The doctor tries to avoid surgery but it cost my mom a lot. Had to do surgery later and something which could have been alright in just about 3 months took more than 2 and a half years.
The place is good only for small injuries but not anything new. The treatment is quite old fashioned compared to the advanced technology in this age.

Doctor is for cure and not condolences.
Sometimes Doctor should be strict specially when cure itself is a painful process (in my opinion most of the orthopedic patients goes through a lot of suffering). Cheapest, senior most and oldest in city.
That's what this Hospital is ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most unprofessional staff any hsptl could have I guess..staff here treats us like we are no one to them.. inspite of calling like around more than 30 times, I myself had to go there for getting an appointment for my mother, they don't even receive calls nor give appointment even after going there. I had visited twice on same day just for a appointment, cz of some urgent thing, still didn't get any response or appointment...they just keep on shifting it to the next day. I would never recommend this hospital to any one inspite of having a gud doctor, cz their staff will make it very difficult for you to reach the doctor. Finally I had to shift to other hospital for my mother's treatment. @Dr.kapatia its really high time you teach your staff to respect your patients, and ask them to behave properly with others ?

.. they take all appointments on phone and receptionist Don't even receive any call i tried 300+ calls with 4 mobile and after 1 hr if call recived they says list ia full. It happened with me i tried for 3 consecutive days stayed in abad for 3 days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hospital, wonderful and warm experience from start to finish. Appreciate Doctor taking time to go over the diagnosis clearly and treatment options. Was referred over by my general doctor and can see why. Highly recommended.
For evening appointments call them at 9 AM or visit before 9 AM
For Morning appointments call them 6 PM or visit before 6 PM...
