★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely rude and money minded receptionist. Tells patients to rush to ATM to get cash but won't accept online payment methods. And absolutely no manners to talk to people. Patients are treated like they have come there to spread diseases to staff and not get themselves treated. Diagnostic tests are also more expensive than average market rate for no special reason

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor diagnosis and reports emerged were not correct as well. Hospital management needs to look into customer handling. Also overall administration staff have to improve their communication skills and be polite towards visitors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst diagnostic centre I saw ever ,the receptionist is way too rude and don't know how to communicate with patients. I can't see any hygiene over all. Females sonography was done by male doctor which is really inappropriate and also Dr Barjatya is so rude with their patients he shouts at them without noticing their physical health. Technicians don't know at all how to communicate with patients relative ,some technicians also don't wear mask and don't have precautions regarding covid .
And my major reason for is review is FAKE REPORT, yes you read it right pathology reports are totally fake I did my uncles blood test their (CBC, CRP,LFT,KFT) because doctor suggested me their diagnostic centre and their report was totally abnormal. I was quite worried after seeing abnormal reports than I just cross verified same test at detect diagnostic centre were the reports where totally normal and then I felt some satisfaction than I again visited Ellora centre to tell them their wrong results and they refused to confess their wrong reports which is really bad . When I saw inside their pathology the machines were so unhygienic and old in very convenient space . So I strongly suggest you please don't ever visit Ellora diagnostic centre their are many more diagnostic centre in Aurangabad which is way better than Ellora diagnostic centre and more affordable..

The ultrasound room is dingy.
Toilet is pathetic.
Staff at the reception has very lackadaisical attitude, needs grooming to be more courteous and professional.
Hope the Dr's minting money at the centre do something about improving all the aspects.
If you know better centre,please visit that.
