Visited with friends and family on 29th Dec. Menu was good, good options for both veg and non-veg.
The reason for 1 star less, the appetiser’s was not hot.

Delicious food, very friendly staff especially Kabitha, Tokir, Choi and Jasmine. Well done guys to make it a memorable 70 for him.
Luxurious ambience and outstanding hygiene.
Looking forward to coming back soon

Doesn't have basic etiquette of service .Being 5 star hotel for buffet you offer bread and soup at the table and you follow up for any drinks . There is nothing and service level is pathetic whether clearing the plates or getting items ordered
Had reserved a table for 8 of us buffet lunch and a kid on the wednesday 30th March for seating out side at 12 .30 in the afternoon for celebration of my wife and son in law birth day We entered the hotel which has a excellent ambience. The day was very hot and sunny day . At the entrance the lady enquired about our reservation and took us to the table we had reserved. It was right under the sun and not enough umbrella and one fan which didn't even reach for more than couple of person. When we said too hot to sit outside the lady was very curt and said this is what we have booked . We suggested an alternate place ( she didn't even offer ) under the shade of the open big space with roof on top she just left. We asked another person who was reluctant and finally agreed to give the place and made table for us ( there were people barring us and one more couple at that point and till 2.30 pm)
After we settled no one came to inform us what is the soup or the appetizer they could serve on the table. I didn't want to have a disappointment for my guests and told them to start our lunch . At last one person came and some ice cold soda with salt were ordered pat came a reply it is chargeable, we said fine and we need to keep remaining them as it came after 30 minutes. We ordered egg omelets for the kid with cheese and it took more than half an hour despite several follow ups .
Coming to the food excellent spread and each and every dishes were class apart . We really enjoyed the food and I would give a good rating
May be steward came to the next table ( foreigners) and has been enquired about food and services but none came , may be because we are Indians and we don't stand high in their eyes
Conclusion food is good hospitality is abusive and service is terrible

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had breakfast buffet at citrus on sunday. I must say the spread was just awesome, lot of varities with 30+ varieties.
There were lot of options for south indian, north indian, and english breakfast. Live counters were also present for dosa, uttapam, chole bhature, alloo puri, and egg fusions..
Overall recommended place to spent morning with your family and friends

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a good dinner experience at Citrus. Buffet had a spread of around 10 starters, salad, pasta, pizza, baked items, main course covered with a lot of veg & non veg items, icecream, cakes etc. Service was really good and they took proper care of the guests.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to Citrus for a quick lunch. Ordered the pizza and the walnut feta salad. Staff was very courteous. Pizza was nothing great, but not bad. What surprised me was the Salad. I have attached a photo.. and it is not that I have eaten a lot of the salad.. this was what was served. I couldn’t believe the salad when it came. It looked anemic. At the main cafe of a 5 star hotel.. quite disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited on a weekday for lunch. The place is extremely well maintained. Entire premise was squeaky clean and they are following all the Covid protocols which is nice.
Their buffet spread is one of the best in Bangalore, they have many options for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians and each item tasted great. Specifically the dessert collection was the best I have ever seen compared to other Five star places. The entire experience was superb. Definitely going back there again.
